Dr. Feng Yan

Dr. Feng Yan is an Associate Professor in the Materials Science and Engineering program at Arizona State University. He earns his PhD degree from the National University of Singapore (2012), followed by postdoctoral research at Drexel University, Northwestern University and Harvard University (2012 to 2013). His work focuses on thin film electronics and photonics for energy harvesting and conversion, including the complex oxides, perovskites, and alloys. Dr. Yan is an NSF CAREER Awardee (2020) and ORAU Ralph E. Powe Award (2018),  He has authored over 120 peer-reviewed publications in Nature Energy, Joule, etc.
